This series presents papers written by LL.M.s associated with Cornell Law School, as students in the LL.M. degree program or as speakers at conferences sponsored by the Cornell LL.M. Association. LL.M. students at Cornell have earned a university degree in law from another country and are a vital part of the intellectual and social life of the law school.
